Return Policy:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If you are not completely happy, you can return items within 3 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and tags.
- Final sale items, personalized products, and gift cards are NOT eligible for returns.
How to Initiate a Return:
1. Contact our customer service team at sales@wer757.biz to initiate the return process.
2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
3. We will provide you with a return authorization and details on how to send the item back.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50.00.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges:
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the damaged or defective item and replacement or exchange the item at no additional cost.
