Returns & Refund Policy

At WE R 757, we value our customers and aim to provide a simple and transparent returns process. Please review the following details carefully:

Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If you are not completely happy, you can return items within 3 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and tags.
  • Final sale items, personalized products, and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over$50.00.

Return Authorization
We will accept returns only with prior authorization within **3 days of receipt** of your order. To initiate a return, 

  1. Contact our customer service team at sales@wer757.biz 
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. We will provide you with a return authorization and details on how to send the item back.
  4. Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  5. A store credit will be emailed within 3-5 days for all approved returns.

Exchanges:

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the damaged or defective item and replace or exchange that item at no additional cost.

Store Credit Only
Approved returns will be exchanged for store credit only. This allows you the flexibility to choose another item from our collection that better meets your needs.

Before finalizing your purchase, we strongly encourage you to thoroughly review all order details, including payment information and product selections to avoid any issues.

Shipping Policy
Orders are typically shipped within 5-7 business days, unless otherwise specified. We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, and you will be notified if there are any delays or changes in the shipping timeframe.
